What is exciting about this place?

Wilderness is the world famous location close to George that has ample takeoff locations to cater for almost all wind directions and strengths. This allows you to easily get your confidence up by racking up multiple flights and hours and progress through the structured syllabus to make you a competent pilot.

Is it beginner friendly?

This site is excellent for beginners. You can play around for hours with your wing, whether it’s kiting or flying. It’s the best place to gain confidence as a pilot of any level.
