Call 911.
They will assess the situation and send a helicopter if needed. 911 is the general emergency number for health, accidents, and other situations of risk. The operator will put you through to the police, fire brigade or ambulance service. It's available 24 hours a day and is staffed by people who speak Spanish and English.
