Who is behind the screen?
My name is Sanne Schouwenburg. I was born under sea level with no mountains to fly, The Netherlands. With a passion for travel and flying I am feeling incredibly lucky to have visited so many places and would love to inspire others to discover the world from the sky. I am thankful to all the pilots that have helped so far to make this project a success, and grateful for anyone who would like to share knowledge with other pilots on this platform.
The mission
It has been my mission to document the many great locations to travel and explore with a paraglider. Not just a map with hundreds of take-offs, but information on the paragliding infrastructure, local weather knowledge, and local culture. This includes contacts, places to stay, to eat, and to discover beyond flying. I will do my best to provide you will all this info, so you can make the most out of your paragliding adventure, and fly safer with some local knowledge.
