Payment and Cancellation Policy for Tandem Flights

Refund of our flights are only possible when we have cancelled a flight due to unforeseen circumstances, such as the weather conditions, and no alternative flight time or date can be established.

 

Payment and Cancellation Policy for Courses, Tours and Private guiding:

Our main goal is to provide you as a paragliding pilot with information about flying sites and to help you find the guidance of third parties that you might need. These third parties come in different forms such as paragliding schools, instructors, tandems, private guides, etc. And may come with accommodation if this is what you have booked.

Puffy Cloud only acts as an intermediary between you and these third parties, the services you are booking are agreements between you and them, and we do not accept any payments in their name. The payments we receive act as a reservation fee.

Once you have requested a booking, this booking will need to be confirmed by Puffy Cloud first. After confirmation, and receipt of the reservation fee, you will receive a confirmation from us, with a request to pay the remaining fee in cash payment on arrival. After that you will receive confirmation from the third party. Please be patient, we try our best to confirm your booking within 24 hours.

Our reservation fee is by definition non-refundable. However, under special circumstances we can refund this fee. Send you request for refund to fly@puffycloud.org, mentioning the special circumstances in detail.

You will receive a full refund of the reservation fee when the full booking is cancelled on our side due to unforeseen circumstances or for example when conditions are non-flyable, or a minimum amount of pilots for a tour are not met. This also applies to any accommodation reservation made using our website.
